The Paris Saint-Germain player does not neglect his work and, according to ABC, has just closed the sale of one of his Sevillian properties for five million euros.
It wasn’t the crown jewel, but it played an important role in the business that Sergio Ramos (36) built around the famous SR4 horse farm, which he will now have to restructure. According to ABC, the Paris Saint-Germain football player sold the farm “El Rubio” which was intended to raise mares and ponies.
Located in the municipality of Las Baganosas, just half an hour from the Andalusian capital, the man from Camas bought the 40-hectare farm for around 2.5 million euros, although, as the newspaper revealed in its Seville edition, he doubled the value of your investment.
In this way, Sergio Ramos closed the sale of “El Rubio” for five million euros, an amount that would be paid by a rich Colombian family. Completely remodeled by the former Real Madrid player, before taking charge in 2011, it had a strong connection to the world of bullfighting, owned by bullfighter Manuel Jesus El Cid and breeder Antonio Trujillo.
At the time, Ramos adapted the farm to serve his purpose of raising purebred Spanish horses, but he did not dismantle the bullring that existed on the property and which served as the headquarters for bullfighters such as Alejandro Talafante and Roca Rey for training. In fact, the intention of the football player from Camas, according to ABC, was just to sell the farm to a bullfighter, but in the end commercial and economic standards prevailed.
With the sale of El Rubio, logic invites us to consider that all the animals that were there, including the famous Yucatán, will be transferred to La Alegría, located in the city of Bollullos de la Mitación (Seville) and which is the headquarters of the horse farm.
